What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development and analysis of sales compensation and commission plans
- Process commission changes and prepare compensation statements while ensuring data accuracy
- Monitor incentive and commission payouts, ensuring timely and correct calculations
- Act as a liaison to respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to sales compensation
- Collect and analyze data to prepare reports on commissions, bonuses, and sales compensation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent military experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales compensation and commission program administration and analysis
- Familiarity with sales compensation management software
- Knowledge of SQL and database applications
- Experience with data visualization tools and development
- Previous experience in the insurance or finance industry
