What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the global sales incentive program to meet sales and growth objectives
- Collaborate with Sales and Strategic Operations teams to optimize resource allocation across markets
- Consolidate seller data and peer benchmark data into insights for plan design and compensation structure
- Manage monthly and quarterly accruals and payout calculation processes, ensuring compliance with SOX
- Create dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and support business growth initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting or Finance, or 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking
- Experience in finance business partnering with sales teams and designing variable compensation plans
- Exceptional spreadsheet skills (Excel and Google Sheets) with experience in creating financial dashboards and models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Google Slides)
- Must be available for in-office collaboration 1-2 times per quarter
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a technology or social media company
- Familiarity with SOX compliance processes
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Skills in data visualization tools or software
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
