      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop an annual plan to achieve sales targets in a defined territory covering multiple states and industries
      - Build and maintain a balanced pipeline of prospects through various traditional and digital prospecting methods
      - Qualify opportunities by understanding the target market and decision-making personas
      - Establish trusted advisor relationships to foster long-term client relationships
      - Utilize sales tools and systems to manage daily activities and achieve quota targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or related work experience
      - Typically 3+ years of experience in a B2B complex sales cycle role
      - Proven experience in a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is preferred
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and priorities simultaneously

      - Experience in building a book of business through prospecting and referral networks
      - Strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities
      - Proven dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
      - Familiarity with technology and common software applications including MS Office and Salesforce.com
