What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and qualify new client and channel partner leads
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and presentations with prospects
- Conduct consultative prospect meetings and present financial analysis/proposals
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with preferred partners
- Assist the Account Management team with client retention efforts as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales
- 2 years of experience in Business-to-Business channel sales (through brokers, distributors, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Must be able to learn the healthcare benefits industry quickly and pass the state licensing process within the first 60 days
