      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the adoption of employer products by working directly with physicians and healthcare providers in an assigned territory
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market growth and product adoption
      - Mentor and guide Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs), providing training and support
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and decision-makers in the pulmonary field
      - Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of success in medical or diagnostic sales, with demonstrable achievements in exceeding sales targets
      - Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience, specifically in medical or diagnostic territory sales
      - Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex medical information
      - Valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred)
      - Sales experience in pulmonary, oncology, or related fields is highly desirable
      - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
