What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and direct daily activities of customer contact associates, monitoring performance against key indicators
- Manage daily operations and ensure proper functioning of the customer contact team
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
- Handle complex customer service issues and assist associates in escalating inquiries as needed
- Identify upselling opportunities and support broader sales initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of management and leadership experience
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
