Our Wholesale team is looking for a new Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with, and report directly to, the Senior Sales Manager. Responsiveness and attention to detail are key. This position requires the ideal candidate to be adaptive to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Because this role will be primarily customer-facing, the ideal candidate will have best-in-class written and oral communication skills, and will recognize they are acting as a voice for the brand. When applicable, the Sales Coordinator will collaborate cross-functionally with many other facets of the Jeni’s company.

The Responsibilities:

• Be the responsive and thorough primary contact for direct wholesale customers via phone and email regarding order requests, order issues, and general customer management

• Proactively engaging with customers in an effort to build customer relationships and drive sales

• Enter customer orders in Shopify when sent via purchase orders

• Assist with internal steps for new customer onboarding

• Manage administrative duties associated with planning and tracking customer promotions, including entry into Vividly (internal trade promotion planning software), adding to group calendars, and completing customer paperwork

• Work cross-functionally within the wholesale department as well as with other departments, Including but not limited to: fulfillment, creative/marketing, inventory management, quality assurance

• Facilitate freezer unit orders and customer correspondence for the wholesale freezer program

• Aid with weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking and data reporting for various facets of the wholesale business

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred

• 3-5 years of prior customer service and/or food sales experience

• Strong attention to detail while respecting tight time constraints

• Strong planning & organizational skills along with excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills, including full competence with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (GMail, Google Drive, Sheets)

• Proven ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively; a roll-up the sleeves, positive can-do attitude and demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

• Highly adaptable & resourceful with a pioneering spirit

• Ideally located near our Columbus OH HQ Office with the ability to work a hybrid model (Home Office and virtual)
