What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate quotes and Scope of Work (SOW) for prospective client projects
- Review client scopes and utilize estimating tools for budget and pricing proposals
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to transition contracted projects
- Maintain relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and provide updates on open opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of team support or customer service experience
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt to business content style
- High proficiency in Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong relationship-building skills and high attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience as a sales coordinator
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems or Microsoft Dynamics
