What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, Territory Managers, and District Sales Managers
- Process customer orders and ensure accuracy through internal order entry systems
- Promote customer engagement with US Foods.com and highlight promotions to drive sales
- Provide administrative support to Territory Managers, including processing credits and special orders
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of previous customer service experience required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively influence and persuade customers to purchase products
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in food service distribution
- Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com
- Previous sales experience
