What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage services for prospective Health Plan Medicare Supplement clients
- Support sales and account management teams through data entry, reporting, and scheduling
- Manage fulfillment activities from initial prospect information to mailing of product information
- Maintain knowledge of internal procedures, developments, and products affecting customers or prospects
- Utilize various sales tools and systems to assist sales staff in demonstrating the value of the employer's products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 or more years of related work experience
- Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent post-high school education and/or work-related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to obtain a valid Wisconsin Health Insurance License within 30 days of hire (sponsorship provided)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 or more years of experience in health insurance with prior experience in an insurance sales environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of the health insurance industry
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of the employer's individual products
- Experience using CRM tools
