      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Co-create, implement, and lead the company's new business development strategy
      - Identify prospective customer networks and build strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities
      - Conduct market research to uncover future business opportunities and recommend product/service enhancements
      - Propose changes to improve customer experience and generate proposals and quotes for prospective customers
      - Collaborate with various departments to influence and align sales development targets and operational procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development management
      - Must have experience within the aerospace industry
      - Proven track record in customer account management
      - Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and motivate teams
      - Must be willing to travel 25%-50% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Sales Force is preferred
      - Background in the MRO service industry is a plus
      - Previous business development or inside sales experience is highly valued
      - Experience in hiring and building a team with a history of exceeding targets and KPIs
      - Ability to adapt and succeed in a changing cultural environment
