      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, train, onboard, and retain a team of 6-9 Sales Development Representatives (SDR Analysts)
      - Provide continuous management, coaching, and professional development for direct reports
      - Collaborate with various departments including Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Sales Operations
      - Set quotas and manage metrics to ensure alignment with commercial needs
      - Inspire and motivate the team to achieve monthly activity metrics and company goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in a sales development or sales role, preferably in services
      - Minimum 1 year of people management experience
      - Strong goal orientation with a commitment to exceeding performance metrics
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      - Undergraduate degree is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Salesforce CRM and Tableau
      - Prior experience in a fast-paced sales environment
      - Proven track record of successful team leadership and development
