      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive revenue growth through high-quality cold calls and emails, focusing on setting appointments for the sales team
      - Research and identify prospect contact information and optimal outreach strategies
      - Educate prospects on the employer's digital mortgage solutions and service offerings
      - Collaborate with account executives, marketing, and customer success on various sales-related projects
      - Maintain accurate notes and activity in SalesForce CRM and other technical tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of prior sales experience, preferably in software, tech sales, or mortgage
      - Strong organizational skills to manage a high lead flow and a track record of top performance
      - Ability to effectively discover opportunities and articulate prospect pain points
      - Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a plus, but not required
      - Demonstrated results-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and growth in sales
