      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct targeted outbound cold calling to government agencies to generate opportunities for the Account Executive team
      - Manage a pipeline of target prospects and analyze KPIs to enhance performance efficiency
      - Consistently achieve monthly qualified meeting quotas
      - Make 50 outbound calls and 20 emails daily to book meetings for Account Executives
      - Participate in team activities including morning huddles, call reviews, and individual coaching sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven success in a remote work setting
      - Strong communication skills for effective outreach and engagement
      - Ability to manage and analyze a pipeline of prospects
      - Willingness to embrace a competitive and collaborative team culture
      - Motivation to achieve and exceed sales quotas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in tech sales or a related field
      - Familiarity with government agency outreach and sales processes
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Interest in participating in company committees such as DEIB or Community Engagement
