      SDRs are the most underrated position on any sales team. They get very little of the credit but they are the ones diving in the trenches every day to help keep sales funnels and AE calendars full of qualified opportunities. SDRs are the lifeblood of a healthy and thriving sales organization; and a great SDR is worth his or her weight in gold.

      We're looking to fill an open SDR role on our sales team with a solid-gold candidate. Work will be about 35% inbound leads and 65% outbound work. For the right humble, hungry, and smart salesperson it will be a perfect role for a great company. RTA promotes from within and as an SDR you will receive coaching and mentoring to help prepare you for the next phase of your career.

      What We're Looking For

      Someone who:
      • Will hold themselves and others accountable while being emotionally intelligent and humble.
      • Will passionately care about fleet professionals and the jobs they do. Our clients are government fleet managers, parts clerks, automotive technicians, and they maintain everything from squad cars to school buses so that everyone comes home safely at the end of the day.
      • Will confidently own the sales development role, while seeking collaboration and buy in from the rest of the sales organization.
      • Fully embraces team health and eliminating the "5 dysfunctions of a team" (Patrick Lencioni).
      • Can pivot quickly when needed and maintain a positive attitude.
      • Is willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that's what it takes to get something done.
      • Loves to read, learn, grow, and stretch themselves. Extra points if you've read Gap Selling, The Challenger Sale, or Never Split the Difference.
      • Thinks of themselves less, while not thinking less of themselves.
      • Constantly looks for more: more to learn, more to do, and more opportunity.
      • Has experience selling, cold calling, writing emails, doing LinkedIn posts, and other account-based marketing tactics.

      Key Results Areas (aka the Job Outcomes)
      • Effort - Calls, emails, LinkedIn DMs, etc. - 100/day or more to wildly exceed your goals.
      • Results - Booked Demos Completed - 30 per month to get into your accelerators and beyond.
      • Consistency - Bonus commissions for consistent Effort and Results month over month.
      • No Quit - Accelerators for overachieving expectations each month.

      Detailed Duties List:
      • Use inbound and outbound leads to identify, contact, and qualify potential new customers.
      • Schedule product demonstrations between sales representatives and potential customers.
      • Strategize with sales team and team leaders to identify highly qualified sales prospects
      • Leverage social selling and account-based management techniques to find new prospects.
      • Use Hubspot, Seamless.ai and other tools provided to generate and manage a pipeline of leads.

      The Bottom Line

      Base salary for the role is between $50k and $60k, based on experience, plus commissions. This is a full-time, hybrid role (WFH available on Tues/Thurs) unless you aren't in the greater Phoenix-area, then it would be a fully remote role with some travel.

      We offer a hybrid working environment (3-days) a week for employees who are within an hour of the office. For folks who live farther away or out-of-state, we offer a fully remote work environment with some travel for meetings and events.
