      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct regular communication and strategy sessions with product management and sales/service teams
      - Research and analyze prospective targets in the specialty/alternative finance industry
      - Manage all lead source opportunities and support marketing campaigns
      - Update the contact database (SFDC) with meetings, notes, and prospecting information
      - Coordinate schedules and manage monthly outreach campaigns for new business development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related discipline
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, lead generation, and/or lead management
      - Outbound telephone cold-calling experience preferred, especially in B2B sales environments
      - Proven ability to engage with Director or "C" level executives
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite
