Run call cadences to educate our future customers on the value our solutions bring and drive interest in an initial conversation
Ask smart, targeted questions to build rapport with our prospects and identify opportunities
Focus on targeted outbound lists
Collaborate with seasoned sales professionals within a territory you support to find, develop and build key stakeholder interest, and crystalize the needs of the organization across multiple customer profiles and buyer groups
Re-engage lapsed and long-term leads as we introduce new product features with a focus on bringing them back into the funnel
Record prospect interactions and update records within Salesforce
Ability to articulate value propositions via phone, video, email, and other various social networking platforms
Detail oriented, take exceptional meeting/activity notes, and effective in task and time management
Highly motivated, passionate, and results driven
Willing and able to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Commitment to company vision, mission and values
- Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree on or before July 2025 OR 1+ year(s) of experience in sales/customer service

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for following up on leads and building pipeline for sellers across all of Motorola's North American Government Sales organization. We represent all of Motorola Solution's products and endeavor to help our customers in their quest of "Solving for Safer" by using our end-to-end suite of safety products.

Target Base Salary Range: $33,200 - $53,500 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
