      As a Sales Development Representative I, you will use an Account Based Sales approach to research target accounts, identify prospective clients, and conduct outreach to create new opportunities for our Lytx Sales teams. You'll work in conjunction with Account Executives to target territories for new opportunity creation and assist in generating new opportunities into the sales cycle. While you will primarily be responsible for new opportunity creation, you will get a firsthand view of the full sales cycle, gain relevant sales experience and develop the grassroots skills needed to advance your career.

      • You’ll Get To:

      • Join a growing technology company and go through a full training program along with mentorship from our direct sales organization to achieve and exceed targets and performance metrics.

      • Execute a defined approach to target prospective clients using various discovery to engage new prospects and move them forward in the sales cycle to set up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

      • Contact warm and cold prospects within assigned vertical markets, maintaining outbound activity (approximately 30-40 calls a day) in addition to other forms of client outreach.

      • Partner with Account Executives to help identify client needs and assist in nurturing longer-stage opportunities down their pipeline to close.

      • Join a team where continuous improvement and feedback are part of our culture. Leverage sales coaching tools (I.e., Gong) for robust personal development and training to learn best practices and improve your performance.

      • Capture detailed client data and communications in Salesforce and learn and follow all best practices.

      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      • Minimum 1 year of sales, sales development or client facing experience, highly preferred; SaaS based product preferred

      • Experience working with an Enterprise sales tool (preferred); Salesforce experience is a plus

      • Results focused, resourceful and highly driven to meet goals using a variety of tools and resources which we’ve developed to help make you successful.

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate our value proposition at multiple levels within a targeted account

      • Strong organizational and time management skills and an ability to work with a sense of urgency; process-oriented and customer-focused

      • Enjoy working in a collaboratively competitive and fun environment, achieving your goals while also making others around you better

      • Experience working with Enterprise sales software programs, such as Salesforce, Outreach, and 6Sense (or similar) a plus

      • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications highly preferred

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

      This role is paid a flat rate, in addition to being eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The flat rate is:
