      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct cold calls to qualify new accounts and reengage old accounts and leads
      - Engage inbound accounts to convert them into daily users via outbound phone calls
      - Maintain active communication with leads and existing users through phone, text, and email
      - Provide system demonstrations and follow up with customers to regain interest
      - Organize and update vital information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, specifically in SaaS/IT/software
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage day-to-day work and priorities
      - General knowledge of the auto repair business
      - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs
