      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the complete laboratory equipment portfolio in your designated territory
      - Collaborate with field sales to identify and close construction opportunities
      - Promote a wide range of product offerings during sales calls to maximize client solutions
      - Develop and update strategic business plans to achieve quarterly sales growth
      - Maintain accurate CRM sales funnel reports for monthly forecasting and planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Life Sciences
      - Minimum of 5 years of successful laboratory sales experience or experience in the laboratory construction market
      - Strong understanding of the construction industry
      - In-depth knowledge of laboratory product applications and markets
      - Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of professional presentation skills
      - Experience with CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting
      - Familiarity with diverse laboratory environments and client needs
      - Ability to travel 50% of the time
