What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively reach out to prospects via telephone to identify key decision-makers
- Qualify leads and guide them through the sales pipeline with precision and expertise
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and account qualification at all prospect levels
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client relationships
- Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
