What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and identify potential customers through various activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Develop individualized value propositions for prospective ministry partners based on their needs and industry trends
- Engage with prospects, qualify leads, and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and update the CRM system with accurate information
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and conduct follow-up activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field with 1-2 years of sales experience, or a High School diploma with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven experience in sales development or business development within the software industry
- Strong understanding of software sales cycles and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with prospects
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in sales tools and technologies
