What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and qualify inbound leads via live chat, email, and other platforms to maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Quickly assess potential customers' needs and escalate qualified leads by booking discovery calls or product demos with Inside Sales Representatives
- Proactively engage with leads to schedule meetings with Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring efficient booking
- Provide exceptional first responses to inbound inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and optimize campaigns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to make 150+ calls per day
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, customer support, or a similar role, preferably with live chat or hybrid communication experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot CRM and Gong
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to meet targets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a hybrid communication role
- Familiarity with lead qualification criteria and sales processes
- Knowledge of event technology or photo booth products
- Ability to work PST hours
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
