What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate a solid pipeline of qualified leads with a focus on Mid-Market and Enterprise Corporations
- Perform outbound sales activities, including cold calling and messaging, to engage potential customers
- Employ sales methodologies to connect with key decision-makers and provide valuable information
- Maintain a CRM with detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities
- Collaborate with the team to position the employer for meaningful sales wins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with demonstrated leadership skills
- Foundational knowledge of sales methodologies and proficiency with solution selling
- Keen understanding of SaaS or eCommerce is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoominfo, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or a related field is advantageous
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales development role within the eCommerce or SaaS industries
- Knowledge of the eCommerce landscape and emerging trends
- Proven ability to tailor messaging to fit a variety of audiences and settings
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business structures and challenges
- Previous experience working with CRM systems and sales forecasting
