What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research prospective accounts to understand their corporate goals and challenges
- Develop outbound connection strategies to attract prospective accounts
- Initiate contact with prospects through a mix of cold calls, tailored emails, and LinkedIn messages
- Organize follow-up conversations between prospects and the sales team
- Provide feedback to Marketing and Leadership to enhance outreach and engagement efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Self-motivated and excited by new challenges
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams and problem-solve effectively
- Coachable and quick to implement feedback
