What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Understand market opportunities, ideal customer profiles, and key issues that the employer addresses
- Record market data and insights discovered through outreach efforts
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of outbound tactics and feedback processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or at least two years of work experience
- Ability to manage well in a remote environment
- Eager to learn and improve continuously
- High integrity and energy with a career growth orientation
- Confidence in cold calling and outreach efforts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as an SDR or in any sales role
- Familiarity with SDR tools such as HubSpot, dialers (e.g., PhoneBurner or Orum), LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo
