- Develop and implement effective outbound prospecting strategies utilizing email, phone, LinkedIn, and direct mail channels.
- Use AI built into our tech stack and agents to automate as much of the mechanical work as possible so you can focus on being creative and building human relationships
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align lead generation efforts with campaign initiatives.
- Partner with the New Business Sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure seamless transitions.
- Build and refine processes for efficient lead qualification and nurturing.
- Conduct targeted, well-researched outbound prospecting to engage and develop new prospects.
- Track and report on SDR performance metrics and team productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and pipeline development in Salesforce.
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, UserGems, Salesforce and Chili Piper to enhance prospecting efforts and streamline workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive insights to refine outreach strategies.
- Ultimately build and lead a team of SDRs to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, with proven success using outbound strategies to drive qualified pipeline
- Proven track record of successfully conducting outbound prospecting using email, phone, LinkedIn, and direct mail.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, UserGems, and Chili Piper. Has leveraged AI to show better results and improved productivity.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to build a small team as you prove success.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to conferences and trade shows to represent aytm as needed
- Experience in the market research and/or consumer insights industry a plus

Job Summary
The SDR Team Lead will play a pivotal role in our sales organization by driving the development and execution of our lead engagement strategy. You will work closely with the Marketing and New Business Sales team to qualify, nurture, and convert leads into legitimate sales opportunities. As a player/coach, you will lead by example, building and refining processes while actively engaging prospects through targeted outbound efforts. You will lean heavily on AI capabilities to drive productivity, letting AI automate perform the administrative tasks so you can concentrate on building relationships. As a data-driven organization, we will track and report on productivity, performance, and sales opportunity KPIs with the goal of continual optimization over time.
