      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and qualify incoming inquiries generated through web and marketing campaigns
      - Source new leads via cold calling and online research
      - Set up meetings for the enterprise sales team through effective communication
      - Educate leads on the company's value, solution differentiation, and key features
      - Consistently log lead and qualification data in Salesforce.com and report weekly metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
      - Proven success in sales/marketing in B2B technology, SaaS, or healthcare
      - Strong communication skills and ability to identify customer needs
      - Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office applications
      - Experience in exceeding performance goals and quotas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some experience in an inside sales role
      - Experience selling enterprise products/services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies
      - Internet and research savvy using online resources like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
      - Strong project management and influencing skills
      - Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
