      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
      - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities by proactively contacting leads
      - Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to customers
      - Negotiate contracts and close sales while managing the sales pipeline
      - Champion the use of digital tools and promote self-service applications to end customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing; experience in lieu of education will be considered
      - 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in the Industrial/MRO channel
      - Ability to work from home and conduct face-to-face meetings in the field
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
      - Technical competencies in CRM systems and digital sales platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with OmniChannels and trends in eCommerce
      - Familiarity with MS Office, MS Teams, and LinkedIn Navigator
      - Demonstrated ability to leverage technology for data-driven decision-making
      - Previous experience in a blended selling role
