      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of Account Development Consultants to conduct annual business reviews and enhance client relationships
      - Meet and exceed sales targets while managing large sales pipelines to ensure timely deal closures
      - Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills
      - Oversee staffing levels and ensure successful completion of the iMatrix training program
      - Foster cross-functional partnerships to achieve client marketing goals and reduce cancellations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B SaaS or Digital Marketing sales experience, specifically targeting small businesses
      - At least 3-5 years of sales management experience with a focus on leading a team of Account Executives and/or Account Managers
      - Proven ability to hire, manage, and motivate a sales team effectively
      - Exceptional written and oral communication skills
      - Familiarity with performance-based advertising products, including PPC and SEO

      - Experience working within the healthcare or digital marketing sectors
      - Successful track record in sales-driven environments with superior leadership skills
      - Demonstrated experience in forecasting revenue
