      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage relationships with US and Canadian-based customers, focusing on OEMs
      - Develop customer-specific strategies and negotiate contracts
      - Support and coordinate customer audits and reviews
      - Participate in sales planning for Koblenz and Zhenjiang sites
      - Lead a global team in support of North American customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Aerospace Sales
      - Demonstrated success in OEM business development
      - Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and networking skills
      - Willingness to travel frequently (25% - 50%)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or Master’s degree in engineering
      - 10+ years in leadership roles within Aerospace sales
      - Expertise in aerospace sales for aluminum flat-rolled products
      - Key account management experience with North American OEMs
      - Additional language skills, preferably German and/or Chinese
