      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation and logistics
      - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
      - Proficient with CRM systems, BI Analytics, and Microsoft Office 365
      - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
      - Strong work ethic and determination to exceed sales targets
