      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the entire sales cycle for Document Automation software
      - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in North America
      - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
      - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product offerings
      - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in software or technology
      - Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
