      Job Summary:

      What part will you play?
      • GAF Energy is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead the strategic deployment of our products to engage large companies/businesses.
      • This exciting role will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales.


      What will you do?
      • Manage and oversee the United States market
      • Grow sales of proprietary GAF Energy products
      • Ensure contractors receive appropriate training, sales tools, etc. to successfully sell and install new GAF Energy products
      • Collaborate with the Engineering and R&D teams acting as the voice of the customer and the market to improve new product development
      • Establish a network of large businesses and ensure that they have the tools and training they need to begin and expand their purchases of GAF Energy products
      • Work with third party finance companies to ensure that all products meet financing criteria for their markets
      • Expand industry contacts and continue to establish GAF Energy as a significant player in residential solar
      • Create updated go-to-market plans and present to all functions across the business


      What do we require from you?
      • 8-12 years of experience
      • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with a wide range of roles, functions, and levels across a business
      • Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external functional teams verbally, in writing, and via presentations
      • Basic understanding of policy impacts on the solar industry
      • High-energy with high sense of urgency and a fast-paced approach along with an exceptional ability to think on your feet
      • 50-75% domestic travel


      Individuals hired for this position can reasonably expect a base salary within the range of $160,000 - $200,000.
