      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee inventory planning, collaborating with cross-departmental teams to forecast sales and inventory levels
      - Provide weekly and monthly insights into inventory levels and sales performance, identifying trends for improvement
      - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and demand plans across channels, ensuring proper vendor and item setup
      - Utilize Salesforce CRM to track progress on volume opportunities and analyze customer sell-out data for actionable insights
      - Conduct promotion planning, execution, and ROI analysis, along with sales forecasting and customer business reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in planning roles at a consumer goods or retail company
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      - Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities
      - Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to quickly master new systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with demand planning tools such as Blue Ridge, Anaplan, or Qubic
      - Prior experience in fast-growing consumer companies
      - Passion for pets, specifically dogs or cats, and their treats
