      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and execute opportunities to expand sales across the Mass, Club, and Alternate Channels
      - Manage relationships with key account buyers and their cross-functional departments
      - Set strategic direction and manage brokers and distributors to achieve quality distribution
      - Collaborate to build strategic annual support plans and leverage data tools for insights
      - Complete store-level audits to ensure execution of merchandising standards and promotional programming

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; graduate degree is a plus
      - Minimum 5-8 years of CPG experience in Grocery, Club, and Mass channels, with Costco experience required
      - Proven success in commercializing new package types and achieving aggressive sales goals
      - Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
      - Ability to travel throughout the Western United States as needed, up to 30-40% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building entrepreneurial BCorp ventures and selling premium products, particularly ice cream
      - Demonstrated leadership in developing sustainable strategies and deep partnerships with retailers
      - Well-versed in managing trade, forecasting, shopper marketing, and sales planning
      - Familiarity with category analytics and consumer insights to develop actionable plans
