      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
      - Act as the primary sales interface for several accounts on a regional basis
      - Gain competitive intelligence and tie insights back to unique strengths in the market
      - Manage overall customer relationship process and support business development in account strategies
      - Maintain a minimum revenue accountability (personal sales quota)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and client relations related to medical products
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional sales skills
      - Ability to work on and close multiple prospects simultaneously
      - Experience working with senior-level executives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in high complex service selling within a global network
      - Strong strategic planning and execution skills
      - Knowledge of technical and process fundamentals related to electronics and electromechanical products used in the medical device industry
      - Value-based consultative solution selling, business judgment, negotiation, and decision-making skills
      - Ability to understand Profit and Loss modeling and sales impacts to improve customer financials
