- Lead, coach, and manage 3u20135 Inside Sales Managers and their teams to consistently achieve quota.
- Drive performance through effective sales coaching, KPI tracking, and operational discipline.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales on GTM strategy, sales playbooks, and revenue forecasting.
- Build scalable sales processes and continuously refine workflows to drive efficiency and conversion rates.
- Manage client performance expectations and align team execution with key account strategies.
- Hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent, ensuring strong succession planning.
- 5+ years of sales experience in high-growth or startup environments.
- 2+ years of sales management experience; experience managing managers is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tech stacks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of leading quota-carrying teams to exceed targets.
