What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, representing the company's values
- Drive sales volume growth with Sales Managers on core products
- Develop new customers and enhance communication quality with existing ones
- Travel with Sales Managers to discuss strategies, conduct sales calls, and evaluate market growth
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to develop sales strategies and promotional activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 10 years of relevant industrial food ingredient selling experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in software programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Home office setup with access to a major airport in the Midwest or East coast
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree
- Experience in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
- Success in developing pricing structures, services, and logistical strategies
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Previous experience in a leadership role
