      PRS Global is among the Top 3 providers of international nursing professionals. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Director to join our commercial team.

      Position Overview: We are expanding our sales team! We require an experienced senior sales professional as Sales Director to drive our growth through new business acquisitions. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Sales for PRS Global and is field based within an assigned area. The Sales Director will be accountable for driving our new business goals within a defined geographic area to execute 6 and 7 figure deals with hospitals, IDN's, and Skilled Nursing Facilities. This is primarily a new business development role building a book of business with uncapped earning potential.

      Education Requirements:

      BA/BS degree, sales, marketing, business, life sciences, nursing, hospital administration or similar discipline

      Responsibilities:
      • Achieve new business targets to drive PRS Gobal's growth goals
      • Develop and implement a strategic area sales plan and specific account sales plans which includes multiple stakeholders in the hospital.
      • Manages and coordinate all decision makers in the sales process to arrive at a contractual agreement and close business
      • Collaborate with PRS Global's leadership, marketing, and finance teams to refine messaging, sales process, and further develop our financial sales tools
      • Coordinates strategic area activities with our virtual (inside) sales team to assist in opportunity acquisition, account mapping, and lead follow-up.
      • Attends selected national events and regional events to develop relationships and identify new opportunities
      • Maintains CRM records and prepares monthly and quarterly forecasts
      • Willingness to travel 50% of the time


      Requirements

      Education Requirements:

      BA/BS degree, sales, marketing, business, life sciences, nursing, hospital administration or similar discipline

      Qualifications:
      • Minimum 7+ years' experience in a field sales or strategic account role with a hospital/IDN call point focus and a hunter mentality
      • Expert understanding of the consultative sale and navigating the complex sales cycle within hospitals and IDN's to achieve new business growth
      • Experience with hospital and/or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) call point working at the executive level above the budget line with an HR, laboratory, nursing, and/or C-suite call point
      • Well versed at selling complex financial models articulating both direct and indirect cost savings to stakeholders
      • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively to executive level decision makers
      • Certified in Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, Challenger Sales or a similar sales methodology
      • Expert presentation skills and ability to navigate high stakes conversations with confidence


      Ideal if you have:
      • Experience working with GPOs
      • Current relationships in top 100 IDN's
      • Direct or indirect leadership/coaching experience
