      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience as an enterprise seller
      - Deep expertise in Adtech, Martech, and programmatic platforms
      - Experience selling media analytics directly
      - Comfortable with technical sales and contracting software platforms
      - Strong understanding of ARR, ACV, and LTV metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with programmatic marketing and technology platforms
      - Ability to navigate the startup world and appreciate ambiguity
      - Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
