What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth by identifying and closing contracts for BPO solutions, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and meticulous tracking within the CRM platform
- Foster strong relationships with enterprise clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions
- Identify potential expansion opportunities within existing accounts and maintain proactive engagement with current and prospective clients
- Coordinate resources and subject matter experts to respond to new business opportunities, including introductory calls and RFPs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5-8+ years of experience, including at least 5 years of enterprise sales experience with midsize to large corporations
- Proven experience in successfully building and managing relationships with enterprise clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and seasoned negotiation abilities
- Proficient computer skills including CRM, sales engagement, and marketing automation tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sales experience is a plus
- Experience in selling “gig-economy” concepts, particularly home-based agent models
- Expertise in selling into verticals such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, Travel, Retail, or Utilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a start-up mentality
- Motivated by high-performance sales environments
