      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
      - A passion for retail and a drive to achieve ambitious goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with D2C/B2C consumer goods, including sporting goods and apparel
      - Background in retail distribution with companies such as Dick's Sporting Goods, Costco, or Best Buy
      - Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
