What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support agency business owners in understanding corporate strategic plans and their execution
- Coach and advise agency business owners on sales performance and state sales plan execution
- Monitor and manage the execution of company initiatives relevant to independent agency business owners
- Provide business knowledge and expertise to ensure successful operations of agency businesses
- Build relationships with agency business owners and staff, respecting their ownership roles

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Required state insurance licenses: Property and Casualty (personal lines authority does not qualify) and Life and Health
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, and service
- Prior management experience or experience leading project teams
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and reporting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing and executing operational and marketing business plans
- Proven track record of leading a team in insurance sales
- Basic knowledge of business systems and how to leverage them for efficiency
