What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and coach agency business owners in executing their sales plans and achieving sales results
- Assist agency business owners in understanding overall profitability while respecting their autonomy
- Monitor and manage the execution of company initiatives pertinent to independent agency business owners
- Provide business knowledge and expertise to ensure successful operations for agency business owners
- Source and select agency business owners to fill openings within the district

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Required state insurance licenses: Property and Casualty, Life and Health
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions and support
- Prior management experience or experience leading project teams
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budget management, and project management methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of leading a team in insurance sales
- Prior experience developing and executing operational and marketing plans
- Basic knowledge of business systems for gaining efficiencies in a business environment
