What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform first-level Salesforce administration, including user account setup and system maintenance
- Collaborate with key functions to enhance the Salesforce Platform and deploy new applications
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive process harmonization and develop documentation
- Assist in creating training materials for business processes and Salesforce functionalities
- Provide updates and support during deployment journeys, ensuring alignment with business partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or related field
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator or 3+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and process-oriented skills
- Ability to collaborate proactively in a global, multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and globally on a limited basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven project management skills in innovative solutions and stakeholder management
- Understanding of process mapping across front-end CRM and back-end ERP applications
- Experience in consulting or sales with Salesforce CRM
- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification and basic no-code configuration experience
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
