What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and clear onboarding plan for new team members
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams, focusing on best practices, selling skills, and revenue growth strategies
- Track individual KPIs and identify areas for improvement, implementing coaching plans based on outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and improve sales efficiency
- Contribute to QBRs and Revenue Kick-offs, providing insights and suggestions for improvement
- Drive content creation and maintenance related to products and value drivers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS companies
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, including developing and executing successful strategies and programs
- Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies and value selling frameworks
- Proficiency in sales intelligence platforms and Sales Engagement platforms
- Strong analytical and data skills for decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using tools like Gong or other sales intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology
- Knowledge of Command of the Message value selling framework
