      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train, motivate, and develop a team of sales agents on B2B sales techniques and the employer's sales process
      - Create and deliver training materials and programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge
      - Supervise and assess trainee progress, addressing performance issues and providing corrective action as needed
      - Conduct one-on-one coaching and sales development sessions to support new employees
      - Serve as the site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all employer products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2+ years in sales training or sales enablement
      - 1-2+ years of people management experience
      - 2+ years of B2B sales experience
      - Excellent communication and classroom training delivery skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      - Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic training environment
      - Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching
      - High level of initiative and enthusiasm for employee development
