What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategy and operational support for the Business Development team
- Define, implement, and continuously improve Business Development processes and reporting
- Develop materials for partner engagement and support the full business development cycle
- Coordinate project resources, staff, assets, and schedules to ensure timely project outcomes
- Mentor less experienced team members and assist in resolving complex problems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years as a Business Analyst OR High School/GED and at least 5 years as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in a healthcare company
- Proven ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in time-critical situations
- Experience developing new business models and managing project risks
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and sales cycles
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and data manipulation
- Leadership experience and an MBA
