What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute engaging and impactful content and training materials for the sales team
- Coordinate training programs and manage the learning management system
- Collaborate with sales leaders and representatives to provide necessary resources for success
- Measure the overall business impact of the content, programs, and resources created
- Build internal relationships with sales and marketing teams to enhance enablement efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, marketing, product marketing, or learning and development
- Content creation and management experience
- Experience with content management and learning management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity

- Proven track record of building relationships within sales and marketing teams
